Data Processing Notice

At EduInk, we place great importance on protecting the personal data of respondents and on using feedback in a responsible and transparent manner. This notice explains how we handle data collected through our questionnaires.

1. What data do we collect?

When completing the questionnaire, we may collect:

• responses related to digitalisation and education,

• optionally, a name, gender or other identifying information.

2. Purpose of data use

The collected responses are used:

• exclusively for aggregated statistical analysis,

• to present general trends and insights related to digitalisation in education.

Individual responses are never published, and no results will allow the identification of any specific respondent.

3. Handling of names and identifying data

If a name or other personal identifier is provided:

• it is not used for statistical or publication purposes,

• it is not linked to published results,

• it is not shared with third parties.

4. Publication of results

Any published outputs may appear only in:

• anonymous,

• aggregated,

• group-level formats
  (e.g. charts, percentages, summary insights) on the EduInk website or in presentations.

5. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the collected data.
